PROCESSING TIME: Please be sure that you have given us the e-mail address where you want your proof sent to. It is very important that you check this e-mail regularly once you have placed your order. Good communication between us will help ensure that the end result is just as you envisioned. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Once payment and design approval have been received (both of these things must happen before printing can begin), it will take 2-6 working days (M-F) to get the order processed and ready for shipping.
Processing time could be a little longer for orders of over 100 items or during certain times of the year, such as holidays and special occasions (Graduation, Wedding). Please contact us as soon as possible (3-4 weeks in advance of your larger event is ideal) to allow for planning, design changes, design approval, processing, shipping, and delivery.
RUSH ORDERS: If there are 7 business days or less between the time you place your order and desired date of delivery, you will incur a Rush Order Fee. This is in addition to expedited shipping fees. Some designs are not available for RUSH orders. Please plan ahead!
PHOTOS: If you send a photo by postal mail, it will be returned with your order. You may use any photo that you have taken yourself. If you would like to use a professional photograph, you are required to send us a signed letter of release from the photographer, on company letterhead paper, that states that the photo may be used for the candy wrapper (label, etc.). This is not usually difficult to obtain. Simply contact the photographer and request a signed letter of release, on company letterhead. The release needs to state that the photo may be used on the candy wrapper, label, etc. Photos must be in .png or .jpg, format.
PROOFS: You will receive a FREE proof within 48 hours. Please be sure to let us know which e-mail address you would like your proof sent to! Once we have completed your design, we will send you an e-mail containing an image of your design for you to approve. Please check carefully for spelling errors and design placement. This is extremely important, as we need both your payment AND your approval before printing will begin.
COLOR MATCHING: We do our best to match school/club/wedding/theme colors. Color matching is not guaranteed. Please be aware that there may be variations in color between what you see on your monitor and what actually prints. This is normal and is due to the way the colors are rendered in each method.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made before your order will be processed.
All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.
We prefer PayPal. PayPal is a secure method of sending your payment. You may use PayPal, even if you do not have an account. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
SALES TAX: A sales tax of 7.00% will be added to orders delivered or shipped within the state of INDIANA. A sales tax of 5% will be added to orders shipped within the state of Massachusetts.
PRINTING: Printing will begin once payment and design approval have been received. Allow 2-6 working days(M-F) for processing.
Note: Baby / Birth / Adoption announcements will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of information, provided payment in full and design approval have been received in advance.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (2-4 days): $7.00
USPS Express Flat Rate Envelope (1-2 days, overnight to most areas) $18.00
Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail. Other arrangements may be made. You will be invoiced for additional shipping charges, if needed.
Be sure to include a valid e-mail address. Check your e-mail frequently. We use the e-mail address you provide in order to communicate with you and send your proof. If you have a PayPal account, please be sure your shipping address is the one you wish to use.
You will receive an e-mail when your shipping label has been printed.
You should receive your order in 2-3 days. Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, contact us immediately.
NOTE: Candy is not included. The reasons for this are:
1. Shipping charges will be less – chocolate is heavy!
2. Avoids melting and breakage during shipment.
3. Ensures the chocolate will be fresh for your event.
