Q:  Why do the wrapper images appear blurry on the website? Will my wrappers be blurry?

A:  The images displayed on the website are small and at low resolution to help the web pages load faster. Your personalized candy wrappers will be crisp and clear! Candy wrappers are printed using high-quality equipment and paper. This produces a beautiful keepsake candy wrapper with bright vivid colors and clear, sharp text. The text and images will not run, smudge, or smear.

 

Q:  Can I order the candy already wrapped with the personalized candy wrapper?

A:  Wrapped candy is available for local orders, near Carlisle, IN 47838, only. Contact us for pricing and information for local orders.

Chocolate is not included in any order that is to be shipped. The reasons for this are:

1. Shipping charges will be less - chocolate is heavy!
2. Avoids melting and breakage during shipment.
3. Ensures the chocolate will be fresh for your event.

 

Q:  Can you fit more than one name on the front of the wrapper?

A:  Yes.  Please keep in mind that miniatures and small items have limited space.

 

Q:  Can I design my own candy wrapper?

A:  Yes.  Contact us at least 4 weeks prior to your event with your ideas and we will work with you to create something memorable. There is a non-refundable $20.00 fee for this service. Please let us know your ideas, including the type of event, preferred images, colors, sayings, and font styles (plain? fancy? print? script?). If you know the name of the font you prefer, be sure to let us know!

 

Q:  May I see a proof before making payment?

A:  No.  Your proof will only be prepared after payment has been received.

 

Q:  Are foils included?

A:  Yes, foils are included FREE with your order for standard 1.55 oz wrappers.

 

Q:  Are wrappers and foils pre-cut?

A:  Yes, wrappers and foils are pre-cut and ready to use.

 

Q:  How do I wrap the candy?

A:  With every wrapper order, you will receive easy-to-follow instructions for wrapping your candy with foil (if needed) and your personalized candy wrapper.

 

Q:  Can I add a photo?

A:  Yes!  You may use any photo that you have taken yourself.  if you would like to use a professional photograph, see details here.

 

Q:  My child LOVES Cinderella (Sponge Bob, Blues Clues, Elmo, Spiderman etc.).  Can I have a wrapper made with this character?

A:  No.  These, and most other famous characters, are copyrighted. We do not currently have a license to use the characters for our wrappers. We can, however, design something with similar colors that will coordinate beautifully with your theme.

 

Beware of those who sell these types of items without a license. Possessing these items could be costly.

 

We are licensed to use the graphics and designs shown on our website. Your personalized candy wrapper will be a beautiful (and legal) keepsake commemorating your event.

 

Q:  If I send you the file of the character, will you make the wrappers?

A:  No.  We will not create anything that infringes on the copyrights of others. Again, beware of those who sell these types of items without a license. Possessing these items could be costly. Q:  How long will it take to get my order?

A:  Processing time is normally 2-6 business days. Shipping time is additional.  See details here.

 

Q:  Are Rush Orders available?

A:  Yes, based on production capacity.  We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Expedited shipping is additional. NOTE:  Some items are not available for Rush Orders.

 

Q:  Do you have a printed catalolg?

A:  No.  Our website is able to show many more products and is updated much quicker than a printed catalog could be.

 

Q:  Can I return my order for a refund?

A:  Your satisfaction is our top priority. We send you a proof to check for accuracy before your order is printed. Once we get your approval, the printing process begins.  Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, contact us immediately.
