Rush Orders

Rush orders are available, based on production capacity. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Your timely responses to our e-mails will help ensure that you receive your order in time for your event.

If you need your order in 7 business* days or less, you require a Rush Order, for an additional fee. You MUST select this service as you personalize your order. 

To do this, click "Yes" next to " need  in 7 business days or less?".  This is the last item on the product page. Your order will be delayed if you do not select "Yes" as you personalized your order.

We use USPS Express Mail for expedited shipping. This is overnight to most areas, but not all. Allow 2 days for shipping, especially if you do not live within city limits or you live in a small town. See the Shipping Page for current rates.

Your Rush Service order will show a total of $38.00 in fees, added to your product order, which includes the following:

• Rush Service Fee - $31.00 (this includes the $20.00 Rush Service Fee, plus an additional $11.00 for expedited shipping).
• Original Flat Rate Shipping Fee - $7.00.

PLEASE NOTE:  Not all products are available for Rush Orders.

 * Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Do not count weekends or holidays when planning your order.  Add one extra day if you are placing your order after 12:00 noon (Eastern time).
